Even though I've been hauling some things, I also use up a bunch of stuff pretty regularly.
First up, I finished off Benefit's the Porefessional primer. I did like this stuff, but not enough to repurchase. I think when I first got the deluxe sample I used it up and really loved it, as it does make your skin look quite flawless (it fills in pores really well), however, after a while, the slippy silicone-y feel started to get on my nerves, and I realized that it doesn't really control oil all that well. So while, yes, I did like this, I don't think I'd splash out on it again.
I also finished up my bottle of the Kiko City Filter Sunscreen SPF 50 Primer. This stuff has a horrible scent, and I do think it made me pretty oily. It did help makeup apply better and stay on longer, but I wouldn't repurchase. Maybe if they made a non-smelly mattifying version though...
I also finished up another powder, the Wet n Wild Coverall in Light Medium. This wasn't awful (especially for 2 bucks), but it wasn't good enough to repurchase. The instant you touch your brush to this, it kicks up a ton of powder. I used it up probably in three or four weeks. The coverage is alright, but pretty minimal. It doesn't look too cakey on the skin, but it will settle into fine lines, and it doesn't absorb oil all that well.
I used up my Burt's Bees Radiance Facial Cleanser. This is a very nice drugstore cleanser, and I do find that it makes the skin radiant. I have so many other cleansers though, so I'll wait before repurchasing. But if you need a new, cheap, and good cleanser, it won't hurt to pick this one up.
I also finished up my Boots Extracts Mango Shower Gel and Body Butter. I love these. The shower gel has a great lather and isn't drying, and the body butter is hydrating but never greasy. They smell like mango candy, and I would repurchase eventually (the shower gel was already a second time purchase).
I also finished up my deluxe sample of the Jennifer Aniston perfume (which I adore and have the full size lined up and waiting for me), a violet perfume that I got in Avignon this summer (that I wouldn't repurchase because 1 I can't without going to Avignon, and 2 I hate the packaging (no spray)), and a deluxe sample of the Nuxe Rêve de Miel hand cream. I thought I was going to repurchase the hand cream because it is hydrating and not greasy, and it smells nice, but after trying the Caudalie one that I like better, I'm not going to repurchase.
You'll have to excuse these next poopy ipad photos, but I finished up a couple products in London and didn't want to take back empty bottles with me.
I finished up a deluxe sample of the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse dry oil, and oh mah lawd this stuff has cult status for a reason. It smells incredible, and leaves your skin oh-so-soft yet not greasy. You can use it in your hair, too. I will definitely be purchasing the full size before leaving Paris.
I also finished up my travel size of the Dove Deeply Nourishing body wash. I won't repurchase soon, but that said, I do go back to the Dove Body washes whenever I want something that works very well and I don't have any other ideas for what to try next.
Last but most certainly not least, I finished a sample of the Phyto Phytokarité Deep Nourishing Brillance Mask for Ultra Dry Hair. After this one use, my hair looked SO healthy, shiny, strong, and it felt so soft. I will most definitely be getting the full size before leaving France. A+
Hope you enjoyed! There will be more empties to come as I'm getting to the end of even more products....
