Review: La Roche Posay Serozinc

A Caroline Hirons inspired purchase, I picked up La Roche Posay Serozinc the minute I saw it at a pharmacy in France.

I think it was a rather new product, as not all pharmacies that carried the line had Serozinc, and it was fairly difficult to find.

I was really glad I picked it up though, because I love it.

I use two toners usually: One to exfoliate, one to hydrate. This is a great hydrating toner, and if you have oily skin, it really balances it, too. It's great to set makeup as well if you want to avoid any powdery looks depending on what powder you're using. It's also soothing, so if you've done an irritating treatment, this is great to spray on top. Not to mention it clarifies the skin and purges any breakouts.

It's not too expensive: you can find it for as low as 5 euro. I've already finished my first can, and I would definitely repurchase.

  1. Gurl. Can you explain how exfoliating toners work. Do you still put them on after cleansing?

  2. After cleansing, you can use an exfoliating toner which will use acids to eat away at dead skin. :) It's more gentle than using a scrub.
