Another round of empties for you. I'm pretty sure we all know what these posts are by now, so I'll save you the explanation and hop right in.
First up are the Veet Wax Strips for sensitive skin. I picked these up because I absolutely hate shaving. I normally use an epilator, which is a little machine with a bunch of rotating tweezers that pluck out all the hairs one by one (it kind of hurts, but it hurts gooood), but I left it at home for the year of study abroad because it's too noisy to use in another person's home (I live with a host family here in Paris). I thought these would be another good way to rip out my hair by the root, but nope. These are horrible. They would hit or miss work. Sometimes I could get them to rip out all of my leg and armpit hairs (yes, I prefer ripping out my armpit hairs to shaving), but other times the wax would just stick to the skin or not pick up anything. These would also bruise my underarms. Yeah. It really hurt. It was like having horrible horrible hickeys in your armpits, and once I even got bruises on my legs after this. Yes, there was probably something I was doing wrong, but I prefer hair removal that doesn't need to be exactly perfect all the time. Like do you warm the wax strips in your hand for a minute, leave on for how long, pull when? No. I'll be sticking to my epilator, or even shaving is better than this. Also, the wax removing sheet to wax strip ratio in the box is totally off. They need way more wax residue remover in there.
I also finished my Earth Science toner. It's not bad stuff. It lowers the pH of the skin, which is what you want your toner to do, but it wasn't harsh or drying. Nice. I also really like the zinc in this. It was soothing. I have a couple bottles of the Pixi Glow Tonic to get through, so I won't be running out to repurchase this, but I am glad I tried it. It's also not an exfoliating toner, which I prefer, so that's another reason I wouldn't necessarily repurchase this right away, because I would need extra exfoliation. If you use another exfoliator regularly outside of your toner though, you might really like this. Also, maybe if your exfoliating toner is too harsh, this would be a nice one to alternate it with. That would be the main reason I'd repurchase it.
I also finished this cute travel size Caudalie Divine Oil. I do like the formula. It's a dry oil, so it still sinks in and moisturizes the skin without being greasy. However, I like the Nuxe Huile Prodigeuse a lot better scent-wise (the Caudalie one doesn't smell that nice or strongly in general), so I would repurchase that over this one. You would like this though if you like the formula of the Nuxe but not the scent, or if you don't want your oil's scent to clash with your fragrance.
I also finished up a deluxe mini of the Garancia body lotion. This is okay. Nothing to write home about. It's a bit more lightweight than I would like, and it's more watery than the body butters I usually go for. I also don't like the rose scent. I won't repurchase.
I also finished up my Fresh Sugar Berry Lip Treatment. I did like this. I found it was moisturizing, long lasting, and a little went a long way. The color payoff is nice as well, and there is that added bonus of SPF. However, I won't be repurchasing for now, since I have found less expensive lip balms that are just as good, the Caudalie one being my favorite new find.

I also finished up my second tube of Phyto 9 hair day cream. This is my second one because I got it with my first tube (BOGO), not because I liked the last one and repurchased. This didn't do anything to my hair, and I didn't like the smell or slimy consistency. The packaging is also just horrible. When did anyone think a metal tube would be a good idea? The tube ended up cracking, and it was incredibly hard to get out remaining product. I won't repurchase.
I also finished up the Bioderma Sébium Mat. It smells good and feels nice, but again, didn't really do anything to control oil. I won't repurchase.

Lastly, I finished up a little bottle of nail polish. This is Mavala Bordeaux. While I loved the color, it was the perfect red, the formula was awful. I haven't had a polish chip so soon and so badly since I was using Essie polishes. I won't be purchasing anything from Mavala ever again.

What was the last product you finished? Would you repurchase?
