Lush Lust: Bubble Bars review

The Lush Bubble Bars are seriously the best bubble bath ever. Nothing else compares. They also smell amazing, and who can hate no packaging? You just break off a piece of the bar, crumble it under a fast running tap, and sit back and relax. I usually find a little piece of bar goes a long way in my little tub. These are the ones I’ve tried:
Dorothy
Dorothy: This is my second favorite bubble bar, but trust me, it’s a very close second. I love Dorothy. It smells exactly like Figs and Leaves soap, which is a very soft floral. It turns the water blue, but I use the rainbow part separately, and that’ll make the water yellow-orange. I got five uses out of this gem. It bubbles up so well. ($5.95/3.5 oz)
Creamy Candy Bubble Bar
Creamy Candy: This smells like Rock Star, which does smell very good, but it can get heavy and peppery at times. I got six uses out of this, and it bubbles very well. It’s very creamy and moisturizing. I just can’t see myself buying it again though because of the heavy scent and more expensive price. ($7.25/3.5 oz)
Ma Bar
Ma Bar: I love the scent of this one (it's the same as Honey I Washed the Kids). However, it didn’t bubble up well compared to the other bubble bars. I can usually get lots of very long lasting bubbles out of the other bars, but this one didn’t cut it. It also turns the water brown and isn’t very pretty. The sugar cube is alright. You can use it to scrub yourself or just let it melt into the bath to moisturize. I got four baths out of this, but it’s really only for two baths if you want a lot of bubbles. ($7.95/3.5 oz)
The Comforter
The Comforter: This is my favorite bubble bar ever. I can make this last so long: I got eleven baths out of this, some with less bubblage than others, but sufficient still. It’s huge, and so worth it for the price. It also smells divine and fruity (like Sweetie Pie shower jelly), one of my favorite scents ever. It makes my skin soft, good smelling, turns the water light pink, and makes a ton of bubbles that are really like a comforter. I love this so much. ($9.95/7 oz)

Bearded Lady: This is a special one they bring out around Christmas time. The smell reminds me of a wreath. It’s just really fresh. I love it. It has two chocolate chips for eyes which are supposed to act like mini bath melts, and it’s just overall adorable. It turns the water light red and is very softening for the skin. I got four uses out of this, but I could’ve gotten more if I hadn’t used half of it in one go in my mom’s huge bath tub. This was my first bubble bar from Lush, and it started my love for their bubble bars.

Hope this helps!

What’s your favorite bubble bar? Do you have ways to make them last a really long time?
