Lush Lust: Aromarant Deodorant

Deodorant could possibly be a weird thing to talk about, but I have no problem talking about it... Hee hee. It's necessary! Except, I do know some people who don't use it (they don't have to though... seriously, they don't have BO... Jealousy!!!!).

The one I use is Lush's Aromarant.

Unfortunately, Lush has discontinued it, which stinks! (Did you get my little joke? ^ ^)  :'( My dad uses this, too, so when we found out they were discontinuing it we went to a Lush store and bought the rest that they had... heh heh. It'll last us for a long time, luckily. We'll freeze it if we have to to keep it fresh longer. :P

This stuff is great. (I don't think I knew that until I ran out of it this one time and spent a very smelly, sweaty day studying at the library worrying about my BO. I got more though, so it's all good). It smells amazing, like soft sandalwoody/lemony dream. It reminds me of iced tea actually. It doesn't really keep you from sweating, but it completely takes care of odor.

My dad has had zero problems with this (it's his Holy Grail deodorant. He says he's never tried anything better, and he's tried a LOT). My only complaints are that it can be slightly irritating on the underarms sometimes, the bar gets scratchy due to the chunks of peel in it, and that it dries out your pits a bit. That's probably why they discontinued it... Instead of improving the formula with its amazing scent and function. -.-

It's also a bit hard to store. This is my clunky container I use to keep it from drying out. The plastic wrap I rubber-banded to it keeps it from getting on my hands. haha

Why am I even writing this post if this product is discontinued and you can't get it? So that way you can suggest something just as good! Haha sorry. Please leave suggestions in the comments for a good natural deodorant (not Aromaco though. I don't like the smell...) that's really effective and soothing! Thank you!!!
